MUMMY - A mummy is a corpse whose skin and dried flesh have been preserved by either intentional or accidental exposure to chemicals, extreme cold, very low humidity, or lack of air when bodies are submerged in bogs.

In ancient Egypt rulers of Egypt, Pharaohs, were prepared in process of mummification for their after life. They were then placed in their tombs as mummies together with their wealth, their closest servants and anything else they might need in after life. In stories there tombs were often cursed and it's believed that if the tomb is disturbed the mummy will come back to life and seek out the person who disturbed it's eternal peace.

In modern age, Mummies are often seen in video games and movies... Most often they are undead creatures brought to life by necromancers to fight aid their masters in wars against humans, elves, dwarves and other living races.
